The Retirement Club

This club was launched in 2001, in the Social Club Hall, and has subsequently gone from strength to strength. There are currently 90 paid up members.

The Group meet on the 1st Wednesday of each month at 1.00 pm in the Social Club Hall, with a speaker, quizzes, or bingo. In the summer we have trips out, and sometimes go to shows. We always go out for Christmas lunch and have a New Year Party in the Hall. We have a small membership fee and run a weekly raffle for funds.

We are a very happy, friendly group, open to non-Catholics and a great way to get out and meet others and make friends.

Adult Volunteers are required, and in particular the group urgently needs to train anyone (subject to appropriate checks) who is willing to become water sports leaders.
